The place is suitable for your family recreation, due to the fact, that is it fully furnished. Apartments can be offered as an accommodation for short and long-term vacationers. There is a shortage of vacant apartments in the area, so there are many people interested in long-term rentals that do not require a Special Tourist License. The net price for a long-term rental is around €1200 per month.

Apartments have undergone partial renovation. All of them have new and fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and are air-conditioned by Daikin. The apartments have been run as a family business for the last 7 years with their own loyal clientele. The community offers its own management and cleaning service.
The apartments have original floor tiles and balcony doors, which were intentionally left there, taking into account the fact, that each of us has different preferences regarding the chosen materials and colors. We will be happy to help you with the detailing of the by you chosen apartment, as it is indicated in the attached study.

The Town of Los Gigantes
The town of Los Gigantes developed in the 1960s following British investment, with a black sand beach, a marina and a natural pool. Los Gigantes is a town on the west coast of the Canary Island Tenerife. Its main feature are the giant rock formations, Acantilados de Los Gigantes, that rise from the sea to a height of 500–800 meters after which the town has been named, Los Gigantes means "The Giants".
From the SOUTH to the NORTH in just a few minutes!
Today, a trip from south to north takes you two to three hours, but in just a few years this will be a thing of the past! The new stretch of road will be 11.3 kilometers long and will join the north and south corridors of the island of Tenerife. The Erjos tunnel, which stretches 5.1 kilometers, is the longest in the Canary Islands and stands out as Spain's first interurban tunnel with two separate tubes, is expected to be finished and functional in 2027.
