While people have been coming to Tenerife for its hotel resorts, the majority of them come for travel adventures such as the amazing hiking.

There are plenty of hiking trails and the best areas to hike are the most ancient parts of Tenerife – north-west (Teno Rural Park), the middle (Adeje) and north-east (Anaga Rural Park). You can admire the tallest mountain in Spain, as well as some otherwordly landscape and vulcan rock formations.
